Partner and head of the firm-wide Banking & Finance team. Nikolaus has a special focus on financing transactions, including financial restructurings, in Austria and the CEE/SEE region. Besides his financing and restructuring focus, Nikolaus has extensive experience in the field of investment funds (UCITS and AIF), including the establishment of multi-jurisdictional fund structures.

Education

Nikolaus completed his studies at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur, 1999; Dr. iur. with honours, 2003).
