Position

Peter Faber has wide experience in cross-border and UK domestic mergers, acquisitions and disposals (for both publicly listed and private companies); public share offerings and financings; corporate reconstructions, amalgamations and joint ventures; and venture and development capital and private equity transactions (advising management, equity and debt providers and sellers). He advises clients (ranging from multi-nationals, to private companies and investment houses, through to management teams and start-ups) in a wide range of business sectors, including publishing/media, travel and leisure, pharma/biotech/life-sciences and financial services. Peter heads the firm’s publishing, media and travel groups.
