Career

Lisa is an attorney at Law at the Commercial & International Trade practice group. Within this group, she mainly deals with complex (international) commercial disputes. Lisa advises and litigates on liability disputes and (the termination of) commercial contracts. She also regularly deals with seizure and enforcement. Furthermore, Lisa advises clients on drafting and assessing national and international commercial contracts. Finally, Lisa also often advises on e-commerce, consumer law, product compliance, ESG criteria, (selective and exclusive) distribution, franchising and agency.

Lisa joined Kennedy Van der Laan as an attorney in 2019. Before that, Lisa worked as an attorney at a law firm in Rotterdam, where she gained experience in transport law, forwarding, warehousing and cargo damage, among others.
