Position
Lea Josten is an Associate in Fieldisher’s Dusseldorf office and advises on all aspects of German and European Antitrust Law.
She advises on German, European and international merger control proceedings, antitrust transaction support, antitrust fine and cartel damages proceedings, the drafting of leniency applications, compliance issues and investment control.

Education
She studied at the University of Osnabrück, where she specialised in Antitrust Law. Following her studies, she worked as a Research Assistant in a medium-sized law firm in Dusseldorf.
During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, she worked for the Federal Foreign Office, Fieldfisher and a Bundesliga football club.
