Dr Dominic Weber is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher’s Dusseldorf office and advises on Corporate Law, Restructuring and Insolvency.
He advises our clients on corporate law issues, in particular in connection with structural measures under corporate law. In addition, he assists nationally and internationally active companies in financial and corporate restructurings within and outside of state proceedings.

After completing his doctorate on a Corporate and Insolvency Law topic and his legal clerkship in Dusseldorf, he started working as a lawyer in the areas of Corporate, Restructuring and Insolvency Law in another international business law firm.
