Position

Anne Bremer is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises on all aspects of Employment Law.

She advises national and international clients on all issues of individual and collective Labour Law. She represents our clients nationwide in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

A particular focus is on advising on individual law issues relating to the conclusion, continuation and, in particular, termination of employment relationships.

In addition, she advises on collective bargaining issues such as Co-Determination Law.

In addition, she provides Labour Law advice on restructuring, transfers of businesses and company acquisitions.

Career

Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked, among other things, as a research assistant for an international business law firm in Cologne in the field of Employment Law.

She advises our clients in German and English.

Education

She completed her law studies with a focus on Labour Law at the University of Cologne. During her legal clerkship in Cologne, Dusseldorf and The Hague (Netherlands), she worked for a renowned medium-sized law firm as well as in the legal department of a large company.

In 2023, she successfully completed the specialist lawyer course in Labour Law.

Personal

Among others, she has published together with Dr. Marcus Iske on the amendments to the Evidence Act.
