Position
Carsten Lamberth is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises in particular on Corporate Law, Finance Law and Restructuring.
He advises our clients on financial and corporate restructurings and reorganizations with national and international implications. In addition, he assists clients in particular in the structuring and restructuring of (real estate) financing, in all matters of Corporate Law as well as in connection with NPL projects and other transactions.
Career
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked as a lawyer at a boutique law firm specializing in Corporate Law and at an international commercial law firm.
Languages
He advises our clients in German, English and French.
Education
He studied law at the Universities of Münster and Reykjavik and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the District Court of Dusseldorf.
He was admitted to the bar in 2019.
