Position
Ilyas Maung is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all aspects of Real Estate Law.
One focus is on project development including as well as on transactions and asset management. In particular, this covers public Construction Law, Corporate Law and Tenancy Law.
Another focus is on representing our clients in legal disputes and court proceedings.
Our clients include private and institutional investors, builders and project developers.
Career
Before joining Fieldfisher, he already gathered some experience working as a Trainee in the real estate team of an international law firm.
After passing the German Bar Exam, he worked as a finance lawyer for another top tier international law firm.

He advises our clients in German and English.
Education
He studied at the University of Osnabrück. Besides studying German law, he completed a 2 years US law programme which covered many parts of US law, e.g. Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law including a final exam in writing and oral.
