Position
Lena Kessenich is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all issues of IP and IT Law as well as Litigation.
A particular focus is on advising international companies in the context of litigation relating to statements of Claim and Competition Law.
She also advises technology-based companies as well as those with novel business models, especially in regulated markets, on the design of business models and contracts.
Career
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, she worked for some time at an international company as Legal Counsel in the area of Competition Law.

She advises our clients in German and English.
Education
She completed her studies at the University of Passau with a focus on “Private Commercial Law” and subsequently her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig.
