Position

Paulina Große-Wöhrmann is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on IP and IT Law.

One focus is on advising technology-based companies as well as those with novel business models, especially in regulated markets. She handles contentious proceedings and advises on the drafting of contracts.

Furthermore, she has experience with liability issues in Media, Copyright and Data Protection Law of intermediaries, such as search engine operators as well as hosting and content providers.

Languages

She advises our clients in German and English.

Education

After her studies in Hamburg with a semester at the University of Cape Town, she completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stations at, among others, the Federal Chancellery (Digital State Department), a commercial law firm with a focus on IP and IT law and at Google.

She was admitted to the bar in February 2023.
