Position

Claudia Schnurbusch is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher’s Hamburg office and focuses on Corporate and Commercial advice.

She advises domestic and foreign companies with a particular focus on M&A transactions, corporate housekeeping/compliance and intra-group restructuring measures under Corporate Law as well as on the formation of companies. In addition, she specialises in advising foreign companies on their expansion into Germany and on issues arising in this context, in particular of a Corporate Law nature.

In addition, she supports our clients in drafting contracts, in particular in drafting various types of sales and service contracts, company contracts and general terms and conditions (GTC).

She has  many years of experience in consulting in the Banking and Finance, Retail and Healthcare sectors.

Career

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, she worked for several years as an in-house lawyer at a large accounting firm and later at their international law firm.

Languages

She advises our clients in German, English and French.

Education

She studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau and in Grenoble/France.

She was admitted to the bar in 2006.
