Jonas Klima, MBA is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher’s Hamburg office and focuses on Corporate Law and M&A transactions.

He advises national and international companies on general Corporate Law issues and assists in comprehensive M&A transactions. In addition, he supports  our clients in project financing issues, in particular in the context of Real Estate transactions.

Career

Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked as an in-house lawyer for an international asset and investment manager and as a lawyer in a law firm specialising in Corporate Law in Hamburg.

Languages

He advises our clients in German and English.

Education

He studied law in Gießen and Hamburg and obtained an MBA from the Nordakademie in Hamburg.

He was admitted to the bar in 2014.
