Position

Swen Schöne, LL.M. (Brisbane) is a Counsel in Fieldfisher’s Hamburg office and advises on all issues of Data Protection Law.

He has 16 years of experience in providing strategic and practical advice to national and international clients and has particular expertise in Employee Data Protection. In particular, he advises on employee monitoring, discrimination and the drafting and negotiation of company agreements.

His expertise includes working in the legal department of a German subsidiary of a listed Japanese technology company and a medium-sized German energy supplier.

Career

Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked for two years in a medium-sized law firm in Dusseldorf in the areas of Employment and Distribution Law.
