Position
Dr Sebastian Kamm is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on Corporate Law/M&A, in particular on national and cross-border transactions.
He has particular expertise in advising on private equity transactions and venture capital investments. In addition to his transactional expertise, he regularly advises clients on key corporate issues such as reorganisations, joint ventures and restructurings.
He advises German and multinational investors and companies throughout the life cycle of a transaction.
His clients include national and international corporations, private equity funds, high net worth individuals, venture capital investors and start-ups, particularly in the Technology, Energy, Infrastructure and Healthcare sectors, as well as real estate project developers.
Career
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he spent several years at a Magic Circle law firm and a boutique firm specialising in energy, infrastructure and real estate with a focus on advising on M&A transactions, Private Equity and Corporate Law.
Languages
He advises his clients in German and English.
Education
He studied at the Universities of Heidelberg and Münster and wrote his doctoral thesis on the subject of stock corporation law, “Die Sonderprüfung nach §§ 142 ff. AktG”.
