Position
Kirsten Ammon is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on IT and Data Protection Law, Fintech and AdTech, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence. Blockchain (especially smart contracts), e-commerce and Legal Tech.
A particular focus is on advising on digital business models. She has many years of experience in developing practicable Data Protection Law solutions for companies (also in the context of external Data Protection commissioning).
Furthermore, she supports the strategic market entry of international companies in the EU. In addition, she advises on employee Data Protection, supervises official proceedings in the field of Data Protection Law and advises on general Commercial Contract Law issues.
Our clients include tech, e-commerce and media companies.
Career
Before joining Fieldfisher, she worked for three months at an international commercial law firm in Sydney, Australia, focusing on Data Protection and Trademark Law.

She advises our clients in German and English.
Memberships
She is a member of the Fieldfisher Group “Tech meets Finance”, CIPP/E and CIPM (IAPP) certified as well as a certified Data Protection officer and auditor (TÜV®).
Education
She studied in Hamburg with a focus on “Information and Communication”. During her studies and legal traineeship, she gained practical experience in law firms specialising in IT, Copyright and Media Law and/or Intellectual Property Law.
