Adrian has over 18 years’ property experience, particularly landlord and tenant transactions, corporate support work and advising commercial lenders. Adrian’s experience includes acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, funding security documentation and property option agreements. Adrian is a key member of our banking team and assists a number of financial institutions not only in securing charges over commercial land and buildings but also in carrying out reviews of existing secured property portfolios.
In addition to acting for a number of food retailers, Adrian provides advice and assistance to clients in the café, restaurant and pub trade, dealing with leases, licences, sales and purchases.
