Peter Gorše is an attorney at law at Schoenherr Slovenia where he specialises in corporate/m&a and banking and finance matters. He has ample experience in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, takeover bids, restructuring and reorganisation of companies as well as private equity financing. Peter graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana. He has published on issues relating to insolvency and restructuring, cross-border jurisdiction and merger control. Prior to joining Schoenherr he was associate in a local top-tier (the Legal 500) law firm.
