Rosario Sapuppo is an attorney at law with Schoenherr Türkiye where he leads the local Italian Desk. His main areas of practice are M&A, Civil Aviation, International Commercial Law and corporate transactions. Rosario, a member of the Milan Bar, obtained his Law Degree at the University of Bologna “Alma Mater Studiorum” (LL.B. 2003) and in 2005 attended the UCSD Extension course in West business law at the San Diego University. Prior to joining Schoenherr in 2014, Rosario has worked with several law firms where his activity focused on international law, commercial law, company law and cross border transactions. Rosario is a lecturer on Turkish Market – legal aspects at Executive Master of New International Business Institute (Milano) and frequently speaks at seminars and conferences.
