Admitted to Athens Bar Association in 2009 and the Paris Bar Association in 2011; First Instance Court Advocate; Sofia Kontou joined our firm in 2023 after having spent several years with prominent law firms in Paris and Athens. Sofia has extensive experience in the consulting legal practice. She specializes in corporate and M&A, having participated in complex, cross-border and high-value transactions. Sofia has also gained significant experience in capital markets and financing ranging from debt and equity issuances and tender offers to corporate, acquisition and asset finance including aviation finance.
