Admitted to Athens Bar Association since 2023; First Instance Court Advocate; Nikolaos Alvertis joined the firm in 2022 as a trainee lawyer after obtaining his Master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law. In 2023, having completed his mandatory traineeship period, he was admitted to the Athens Bar Association. Since then, Nikolaos has been actively practicing law as an associate, mainly in the fields of Corporate and Commercial Law. He has also been involved in many legal due diligence reviews as well as M&A transactions.
