Head of the Corporate/M&A Department at Noerr’s Budapest office. Ákos is one of the leading advisers in the Hungarian venture capital scene, continuously advising investors and targets in major transactions throughout the entire life cycle of venture capital investments, from first stage investments to the exit. Ákos is a lawyer specialising in capital markets and banking law and advises on the business activities of fund managers, investment funds, securities service companies and financial institutions. He has wide experience in the establishment of Hungarian branches and representations of foreign capital market institutions, supporting them in cross-border services and transactions. His field of expertise also includes distressed company restructuring and debt refinancing, and he provides legal advice for legal due diligences and acquisitions. Ákos is lecturer for corporate law at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest.
