Linn Pröckl is specialised in the areas of family law and inheritance law. In family matters, Linn Pröckl advises and represents her clients in the conclusion of marriage contracts, as well as in all areas of separation and divorce, in particular in questions of alimony, property law, and property disputes, including questions of contact and custody. Linn Pröckl is also active on behalf of her clients in matters of inheritance law, both in the drafting of last wills and testaments or lifetime gifts, as well as in litigious inheritance disputes.
