Daniela Mailänder practises in the fields of German and international family law and in matters concerning advance directives. Her main focal point in family law is on questions of divorce, support, division of property among spouses, matters relating to children and marriage contracts. With respect to advance directives she provides advice on individual powers of attorney and dispositions.

Education

After having completed a traineeship in banking, Daniela Mailänder studied at the universities of Cologne and Konstanz specializing in business law. She is now a specialist in family law.
