Tax partner Christian Nouel has extensive experience in M&A transactions and in the structuring of acquisitions for private equity funds and large companies.
He advises, on a day-to-day basis, companies on their tax affairs, and entrepreneurs as shareholders of companies. In addition, he manages tax audits with the French tax authorities.
Career
Christian Nouel joined Gide in November 2013 with eight of his former partners of the Paris office of the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. Previously, Christian Nouel was a partner at Latham & Watkins, and Chair of the tax department of the Paris office.
