Position

Charles-Eric Delamare-Deboutteville is a Counsel within Gide’s Insurance, Industrial Risks & Transport practice group. He specialises in French and EC insurance law.

Charles-Eric has wide-ranging experience of all issues related to insurance law, and regularly advises:

– Insurers and reinsurers on company regulatory matters, prudential regulations in particular;

– On drafting and analysing the validity of life and non-life insurance contracts, as well as auditing insurance cover and programmes;

– On all types of issues related to the distribution of insurance products and insurance mediation activities, in particular as regards setting up the distribution of insurance products for all kinds of businesses.
