Position

Buby has been a lawyer for over 30 years and works as a partner in the employment law department of Dirkzwager. Care institutions, educational institutions, (semi) governments and larger companies are advised by Buby in the field of labour law and strategic HR policy.  Buby is also regularly asked to act as a sparring partner for Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards in decisions with major consequences for the employees. Buby specializes in labour law matters in the healthcare and welfare sector, including reorganisations, outsourcing, transfer of undertaking, employee participation and strategic HR policy.  The various healthcare organizations also know where to find Buby with questions about collective labour law or, for example, strikes.

Member of the EAUT panel, the ex-ante implementation and enforcement review panel of the “Wet Normering Topinkomens” (Top Income Standardisation Act ) that advises the minister on the implementation of the law.
