Harald Stingl is a key corporate / M&A partner and has 18 years of experience in complex cross-border corporate, M&A, restructurings, distressed entities, joint ventures and private equity. He joined CERHA HEMPEL in June 2014 and was previously a partner at Wolf Theiss. He has advised a number of large corporate clients in cross-border acquisitions, investments and divestments and has been lecturing corporate and partnership law at the University of Vienna for many years.
