Adamas is a leading firm in Lyon and southeastern France. This 50-lawyer firm has a broad range of expertise, particularly in public and corporate law. The firm also has offices in Paris, Nîmes, Shanghai and Beijing.

Strasbourg-based Alexandre Lévy Kahn is a 12-lawyer firm with expertise in tax, corporate and employment law.

BDH Avocats is a full-service firm with offices in Angers, Paris and Saumur. It fields 40 lawyers and jurists, and has niche expertise in equine and Polish law.

Bignon Lebray has major offices in Paris, Lille and Lyon. The firm also has satellite offices in Aix-en-Provence and Shanghai. It is well regarded nationally.

Camille & Associés is a real institution in Toulouse. Its 18 lawyers cover the main areas of commercial and corporate law.

Cornet Vincent Ségurel is a leading regional firm with offices in Nantes (its main office), Rennes, Paris and Lille. This 80-lawyer firm enjoys growing recognition nationally, and has strong litigation, corporate and public law practices.

Delsol Avocats is among France’s leading regional firms. Based in Lyon, with offices in Paris and Marseille, this 15-lawyer firm is a national player in corporate and labour law. Founded some 30 years ago in Dijon, Du Parc – Curtil & Associés is ‘a recognised law firm’ in the Burgundy region. It is characterised by its ‘availability’, ‘high reactivity’ and competent full service. The ten-lawyer team serves many regional SMEs.

Lille-based Duel provides a full range of service to individuals and companies. It is staffed by ten lawyers.

Lyon-based Duteil Avocats is a small firm focusing on corporate and M&A transactions. The firm works in collaboration with well-regarded restructuring practice Ribeyre, David & Associés.

Ernst & Young Société d’Avocats has nine offices in the regions in addition to its presence in the capital. Lyon is its main office outside Paris.

Fidal is France’s leading firm in terms of workforce and geographical coverage with some 100 offices across the country. It has strong employment and tax law expertise.

France’s leading employment law firm Fromont Briens is based in Lyon and Paris.

Lamy & Associés fields 40 lawyers in Lyon and Paris. It has reliable corporate law and litigation experts in Christoph Martin Radke, Yves Reinhard, Philippe Genin and Eric Baroin.

Lamy Lexel Avocats Associés totals some 60 lawyers in Lyon and Paris. The firm has expertise in corporate, employment and tax law.

Landwell & Associés has offices in the country’s ten largest cities, and provides a broad range of services including leading tax expertise.

Based in Roubaix in the north of France, Legalis is home to some 15 lawyers providing a full range of expertise to SMEs.

LexCase is a full-service firm fielding 24 lawyers across offices in Paris, Lyon and Marseille. The team has recognised expertise in the telecoms, competition and healthcare fields.

Toulouse-based Morvilliers Sentenac has a 19-lawyer team handling corporate, technology, employment and tax law, as well as representation in litigation.
