Adamas is recognised nationally for its full-service expertise, especially in public law. The firm fields some 60 lawyers – the majority is based in Lyon with others located in Paris and Bordeaux, Shanghai and Beijing.
Lyon and Paris-based Aklea produces ‘high-quality work’. The 30-lawyer firm covers a wide range of expertise, including corporate, tax and public law representation for SMEs and executives. Full-service firm Bignon Lebray fields some 60 lawyers, including 25 in Paris and 24 in Lille. The firm also has satellite offices in Lyon, Aix-en-Provence and Shanghai.
Bird & Bird has a main office in Paris and a significant presence in Lyon. The firm’s 30 lawyers offer a broad range of expertise.
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon fields some 29 partners and 66 lawyers in total. The firm provides tax, corporate and employment law support to SMEs and large French and international groups based in Rhône-Alpes; it is one of the top firms in south-eastern France.

Pwc Société d’Avocats has some ten offices in France and covers a wide range of expertise.
Full-service Parisian firm Racine has six regional offices (Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Strasbourg and Saint-Denis de la Réunion) and another in Brussels. It fields some 180 lawyers and is highly respected.
Lyon-based Cabinet Ratheaux fields some 40 lawyers and also has an office in Paris. The firm advises SMEs, some leading companies and international groups. The M&A team is led by Gaétan de la Bourdonnaye, Michel Bottazzi and Henri Saint-Père. Tax law is dealt with by Serge Berrettoni, Christian Muller and Rodolphe Mosse.
