Hollie specialises in advising family business clients on tax and succession planning issues including the creation of UK tax reports, trusts and complex Wills. Hollie deals with complex Court of Protection applications with a particular focus on statutory Will and gifting applications. Hollie advises on all legal aspects of work affecting vulnerable, elderly and mentally incapable individuals. Hollie has a particular focus on the administration of complex estates with business interests and where there is a contentious element running alongside the administration.

Career

Hollie joined Irwin Mitchell as an Associate Solicitor from Weightmans in May 2019. Hollie is STEP qualified and is a member of the STEP Business Families Special Interest Group, an accredited member of both Solicitors for the Elderly and the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate specialists. Hollie recently achieved a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising the Family Business.
