Stewarts Law LLP‘s Leeds-based personal injury team, led by Daniel Herman, is noted for its involvement in complex, high-value claims, including those with international or multi-party elements. The team adopts a low-volume, partner-led model and integrates in-house rehabilitation and pro bono support into its approach. Ben Townsend handles severe brain injury matters, while Warren Maxwell advises on employer liability issues and claims involving military personnel. Jane Pyrah acts in serious orthopaedic cases, including those arising from road and workplace accidents, and Chris Smith is experienced in litigation involving amputations and traumatic injury. Charlotte Foster also contributes to the practice.
