Advising Triathlon Homes LLP in its successful applications for Remediation Contribution Orders for building safety defects in relation to the East Village, London, being the first time that such orders have been granted by the FTT following a contested hearing.
Advising Birmingham Airport on multiple projects and contracts forming part of its MasterPlan: investing 0.5 billion pounds over 15 years to meet anticipated growth in passenger numbers to 18m but 2022.
Advised Indurent/ Blackstone on a £525m senior debt facility to be utilised to finance the client's development pipeline. We advised on the development and construction-related aspects of the facility agreement, as well as providing reporting to the Lender on 500+ construction documents.
