She has a wide range of experience in contentious and non-contentious insolvency law for both national and local clients. In particular, her experience includes advising on validity of appointments, security documentation, retention of title claims, sales of distressed businesses. She also has extensive experience in dealing with asset recovery actions, director’s conduct and misfeasance claims and all antecedent transactions.
