Lega‘s wide-ranging practice encompasses individual and collective labour matters, including union agreements, international contracts, labour planning, employee benefits, and international recruitment, as well as the relocation of expatriates. The group benefits from a well-rounded team including John Tucker-Barboza, who handles executive compensation, employees' data protection, and confidentiality in regards to labour laws, Carlos Alberto Henríquez, who is the team’s litigation coordinator, and Isabel Pestana, who manages the negotiation of individual and collective bargaining agreements.
