Sanz, Pérez & Asociados

Acting for client roster composed of both multinationals and domestic clients (particularly across the food and drink sectors), the five-strong team at Sanz, Pérez & Asociados  is primarily focused on white-collar criminal matters. Founding partner Iskrey Pérez Rincones (whose past exerience includes a stint at the Office of the General Prosecutor of Venezuela), has over twenty years' criminal law experience; she focuses primarily on white-collar matters with regard to the banking, financial and corporate areas. Pérez Rincones is flanked by key associates Jeisson Pérez Rico and Hillary Matos Berroterán, both of whom have experience structuring and monitoring cases, and advising and representing individuals and corporations before the courts; Pérez Rico also has expertise in the analysis of criminal and economic criminal law cases. Recent matters include internall corporate fraud, and -in particular- defending firms found guilty of contempt of the orders of the Labour Authority.
