Ponte Andrade & Casanova’s corporate practice, led by Ramón Andrade Monagas, advises multinational companies and financial institutions, including their Venezuelan subsidiaries, on a wide range of corporate matters. The team has recently handled work relating to regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, advertising matters and corporate restructurings. Ignacio Andrade Monagas brings a combined focus on technology, e-commerce and digital platforms to his corporate and transactional work, while Francisco Casanova Sanjurjo is active across the full slate of corporate and commercial issues. Associates Ignacio Andrade Cifuentes and Luis González Morales are also regularly involved in the group’s mandates. The team was strengthened by the arrival of new partner Isabella Irausquín in 2024.
