Pedro Urdaneta handles local and cross-border M&A matters, foreign investments, strategic partnerships and spin-offs for multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity investors. Luis Eduardo López Durán focuses on corporate and regulatory work, advising shareholders on the reorganisation and sale of companies.
