The team is headed up by Dallas-based David Peck and Ryan Carney in Houston. Carney handles a wide array of M&A deals, joint ventures, divestitures and other international transactions, while Peck caters to private equity clients carrying out offshore fund formations, investment partnerships among other transactions. Also in Houston, George Gerachis is a key port of call for tax controversy matters, routinely representing clients before the US Tax Court and Federal District Courts, while Jason McIntosh is highly experienced in complex business transactions, investment fund formations and cross-border restructurings.
