Lucas Giardelli  routinely handles the structuring and execution of business transactions and tax planning matters. Giardelli leads the New York team alongside Jason Bazar and Brian Kittle. Tom Kittle-Kamp is at the helm in Chicago, where federal tax litigation expert Jenny Austin is also a name to note. The Washington DC office is led by Jason Osborn, who specializes in alternative payment arrangements (APAs). Other key members of the team include Kenneth Klein, who is notable for his expertise in shipping taxation as well as the structuring and restructuring of multinational corporations.
