Josh is an experienced attorney who specializes in representing Silicon Valley companies, executives, and investors in high-stakes litigations. Prior to joining Alto, Josh worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he specialized in securities litigation and white-collar defense. Josh graduated in the top of his law school class at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and then clerked at the Supreme Court of Hawai’i for the Honorable Paula A. Nakayama and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton. During law school, he served as an extern in the chambers of the Honorable Ming W. Chin at the California Supreme Court and the Honorable Jeffrey S. White at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
