Nakayama and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton. During law school, he served as an extern in the chambers of the Honorable Ming W. Chin at the California Supreme Court and the Honorable Jeffrey S. White at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
