As part of the practice, the team has developed a multi-disciplinary team that advises companies on corporate expansions, including the development and acquisition of headquarters, distribution centers, and plant development projects. Furthermore, the team offers specialist advice in real estate finance, with the use of public incentives including low-income housing tax credits, new market tax credits, and other government programs. Thomas Coyne leads the team, serving as chair of the national real estate group and acting out of the Cleveland office. Coyne focuses his practice on transaction planning, strategy, structuring, and execution.
