With considerable experience and breadth, the practice acts for a multitude of clients, from development companies to sports franchises, and hospitality management companies. Jonathan Giokas leads the real estate team, based in the St Louis office; he counsels investors, institutions, companies, and public entities concerning real estate and finance matters, with a particular focus on transactions that leverage both public and private capital sources.
