Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner‘s real estate team regularly acts for a range of clients throughout the market, with experience representing private equity firms and developers in the capital markets as well as landlords and tenants in major leasing transactions. Further, the group has noted involvement with a range of asset classes including office, multi-family, retail, and mixed-use properties. Andrew Auerbach, based in New York, leads the real estate practice with experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate finance transactions across all asset classes. The team is bolstered by the experience of Heidi Azulay of the Chicago office, who brings experience advising REITs, and Jim Buell of the St Louis office whose experience includes advising on the acquisition and development of data centers.
