Noam I. Haberman is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of Gibson Dunn’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Noam focuses on the representation of banks and funds as both borrowers and lenders on the origination, purchase and sale of balance sheet, syndicated, mezzanine, preferred equity and corporate loans (including land, construction, repositioning, bridge and permanent loans) across all real estate asset classes. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements for loans that present underwriting challenges. His practice also includes representing institutional investors on joint venture agreements, acquisitions and developments.
