- Representing Microsoft Corporation on (i) innovative contracting strategies and contract structures for the engineering, procurement and construction of its future data center builds, including artificial intelligence (AI) data centers (which are much larger than typical data centers), and (ii) on the drafting and negotiation of multiple framework agreements with global contractors for the engineering, procurement and construction of Microsoft’s AI data centers.
- Secured a landmark $1.9 billion award for Reficar in an ICC arbitration against the contractor relating to delays and cost overruns involving a refinery in Colombia - the largest construction project in Latin America.
