Career

Dina focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and government investigations. A former circuit court clerk, Dina also co-leads the firm’s Appellate Practice with colleagues Benjamin Allee and Ross Morrison and serves as the firm’s executive director.

Dina represents a diverse roster of clients, from large national companies in the hospitality and pharmaceutical industries to mid- and small-size companies on contract matters, business divorces and intra-family disputes in New York state and federal court. In addition, her keen understanding of civil procedure makes her a highly sought-after local counsel to out-of-state law firms and litigation counsel to transactional attorneys.

Dina started her career at New York City firm Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where she focused on white collar defense and general commercial litigation matters. She conducted internal and external investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Securities and Exchange Act and state insurance laws. She also represented clients in product liability and commercial disputes.

After graduating from Columbia Law School, Dina served as a federal law clerk to Judge Alfred M. Wolin of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Judge Leonard I. Garth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
