Greenberg Traurig covers a full array of matters concerning privacy, data use and its monetization, and cybersecurity. The team is also well versed in compliance and risk management, establishing programs and policies, and responding to regulatory investigations. San Francisco-based practice head Gretchen Ramos advises large technology companies on data protection and AI concerns, whilst fellow Chicago-based co-head Jena Valdetero handles data breach investigations and litigates class action suits. Co-head David Zetoony, who works out of Denver, defends corporate privacy and security practices during investigations initiated by the Federal Trade Commission.
