Based in New York, AI expert Peter Marta, data litigator Mark David McPherson and risk management advisor Jud Welle lead the team. McPherson and Marta joined from Morrison Foerster in January 2024 and Hogan Lovells US LLP in September 2024 respectfully. Fellow practice head Kyle Tayman works out of Washington DC and represents clients before the FTC and other government agencies in their investigations.
