The rest of the team is primarily based in Washington DC, including Jo-Ellyn Sakowitz Klein, who focuses on the health and life sciences sector, addressing federal and state privacy, security, and data breach laws, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMIA. The team has been bolstered by the arrival of  Evan Wolff, who is particularly adept at cybersecurity incident investigations and frequently conducts incident simulations and develops response plans. Along with Rita Heimes, who advises major technology companies and research institutions on transactional and dispute matters, including state, federal, and privacy laws, as well as cybersecurity incident response investigations and compliance.
