Practice head Patrick Huard is based in Oakland, and advises technology and consumer sector-focused private equity companies on high-stakes corporate matters, including representing HG Capital in the sale of FTreasury to Ripple. He is joined by New York-based Omar Pringle, who represented Paine Schwart Partners in its investment in Chex Finer Foods. Mitchell Presser brings a dedicated understanding of sustainable food chain investing, while Erik Knudsen‘s industry experience spans healthcare, technology, industrial, and business services.
