During 2023/24, Squire Patton Boggs’ thriving corporate practice secured a slew of new clients, including public entities such as Gladstone Land Corporation and SLM Corporation. The group handles M&A transactions for a variety of domestic and multinational companies, shareholders, management teams, and private equity clients, while its extensive sector focus spans the chemicals, defense, government services, life sciences and TMT areas, among others. In Cleveland, Americas corporate chair Cipriano Beredo possesses formidable international experience and has completed deals in over 30 countries.
